I did not get my emailed PDF tickets

If you have selected Home Print PDF as your ticket collection method, you will receive an email to your registered email address containing the PDF tickets ans an attachment. Please ensure that your email address is correct or you will not receive the PDF tickets. Alternatively, tickets can also be downloaded directly from the PROticket Website if you did not receive your email PDF tickets. Access your account page and select the My Tickets page where your active PDF tickets can be downloaded.

How do I collect my tickets

When purchasing a ticket you will be given ticket retrieval options. Please select the appropriate method. You can pickup your ticket(s) from the PROticket Agency you purchased it from. Or at the Event's Prebooked Ticket Collection Office. Or you can print your ticket at home. Or have your ticket sent to you by standard mail, registered mail, or overnight express mail (note an extra costs for delivery will apply).

What are my payment options

Payment options are via any Credit or Debit card affiliated with Visa, Mastercard or American Express. Merchant Fees payable at the time of payment are Visa 1.96%, Mastercard 1.96% and Amex 2.8% and are charged by the merchant on all payments including both Credit and Debit cards.

Are my payment details secure

PROticket utilise the NAB Transact payment processing system which means all payment data is securely hosted via the National Australia Bank SSL payment site. No payment data is processed or retained by PROticket servers and is kept securely with the NAB.

How do I get a refund for purchased tickets

As PROticket is not the event organiser it does not have the right to refund tickets. PROticket does not have a refund policy per se, as each cancelled or rescheduled event must be taken in its own right under its own particular circumstances. PROticket will take a fee for refunding tickets as a result of cancelled, interrupted or postponed events, not more than the sum of the ticketing fee and the transaction fee, charged in respect to all sales.

What if a show is cancelled

In the event the show is cancelled contact the PROticket Call Center on 1300 12 10 12 for refund procedures.

When do I get paid for my event

Funds will be deposited into your nominated bank account generally 5 business days after your event has completed, but can take a number of days to reach you. For special requirements or additional information please contact PROticket on 1300 12 10 12.

How much money will I receive for my event

Please visit the Event Dashboard page for Fee and Income and figures.

Can I run a Reserved Seating event

Reserved seating events can be created through the externally hosted PROticket Ticketing system. Please contact PROticket on 1300 12 10 12 for further information.

Can you provide staff for my event

PROticket can assist with on site ticket sales and usher staff for all events. Please contact PROticket on 1300 12 10 12 for further information.
